Your pen comes ready to go with:

Mouth Piece, Heating Element Tube, Heating Element Connector, Battery Pack, USB charger, USB to wall adapter.

How To Use:

-Connect battery pack to heating element.
-Carefully place desired products into heating tube
-Press button and hold once blue, this will activate the heating element
-Refill as necessary


Some Warnings:

-Do not overfill product to the top of the tube!
-If you notice residue on pen, be sure to clean!
-Hold pen vertically, “cigarette style” use will cause residue leakage.
-Getting residue in electrical port between heating element and battery will cause “water damage” effect.
-Do not force pressure on heating element as this will damage device,
-Periodically clean device to ensure long term survival

Troubleshoot:ing

My blue light won’t turn on?
Make sure the device is turned on by rapidly pressing button 5 times until light activates.

My blue light is flashing?
This indicates that your battery needs to be charged.

We inspect all products for defect before sales, but should you find a manufacturer defect on your unused pen, a full exchange will be issued upon our retrieval and review of the damaged goods.
If damage occurs by user neglect, misuse, or mistreatment replacement parts or repair may be available at additional cost to the user.
